Steak stir-fry with mushrooms and peas
Stir-frys are a great one pot lunch or dinner that are easy to make, quick to cook and delicious to eat. I like serving over one minute jasmine rice. For spice, add several dashes of your favorite hot sauce on top when serving. Start by gathering your ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups mushrooms
2 cups snap peas
8 oz steak, cubed
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 serving rice (I prefer jasmine)

Cooking instructions:
Add olive oil to a pan on medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic, sliced mushrooms, cubed steak, peas and soy sauce. Stir occasionally for about 5 mins then remove from heat.
Place rice in plate or bowl then stir fry on top. Quick, easy and delicious!
